At SafeSesh.ie, we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review the following terms regarding shipping, delivery, and customs responsibilities.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being received.
  
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout; however, actual delivery may vary depending on postal services, customs procedures, or factors outside our control.
  

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees as determined by your country’s customs authority.
  
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
  
• SafeSesh.ie is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges imposed by customs.
  

Refusal to Pay Duties / Return to Sender

• If a customer refuses to pay import duties, taxes, or fees and the shipment is returned to us, no reimbursement will be issued.
  
• If customs seizes or destroys the shipment due to non-payment or refusal, SafeSesh.ie is not liable to replace or refund the order.
  

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
  
• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but SafeSesh.ie cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by third parties.
  

General Information

• SafeSesh.ie supplies drug testing reagent kits for harm-reduction and educational purposes only.
  
• Our products are not intended for illegal use. We do not condone or encourage drug use.
  
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our website.
  

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  
• Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  
• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
  

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
  
• Refunds are only available for unused, sealed products returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.
  
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect on our part.
